What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked service.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome whenever we have availability. However, appointments are recommended, especially during busy periods and weekends, to secure your preferred time and artist.
